Career Development Facilitators (CDFs) work as highly trained and skilled professionals and paraprofessionals in diverse settings. They have completed the Career Development Training Institute's 120 hour training curriculum and been certified through The Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE).

To become fully certified, a CDF must verify that she or he has met experiential and educational requirements. Further, the CDF must formally agree to abide by a Code of Ethics and consult regularly with a CCE approved counselor or supervisor. The field of career development is growing rapidly, so is the demand for trained, Certified Career Development Facilitators. CDFs may be individuals who work in:
